From the shopkeepers
Why this shop exists
We're Jonathan and Shayanne, and we run Vamaren for two reasons. The first is simple: we love these games — playing them, trading them, hunting down the last copy a deck needs. The second is the name. Vamaren means to dare to hope — Jonathan works in healthcare, and the long game is a shop whose profits help fund pro bono care. Every order nudges that dream forward.
The standards, meanwhile, don't bend. Grading is conservative — Near Mint means near mint under light, and when a card sits between two grades, the lower one wins. Packing is deliberate — penny sleeve, rigid protection as value warrants, a stiff mailer, tracking on anything that deserves it. And orders go out fast, typically within one business day, because nobody enjoys refreshing a tracking page that never moves.
If you're near DeLand, the front door beats any webpage — come flip through the binders. From anywhere else, the storefront is on TCGplayer, the community talks shop on Discord, and @vamarentcg on Instagram is where the journey gets documented — flyers, milestones, shop life.
