Vamaren is a husband-and-wife shop. We pull each order ourselves, sleeve it straight from the binder, and pack it the way we'd want our own cards to arrive — protected, tracked when it matters, and exactly as described.
We play these games too, so we grade like people who've been on the wrong end of a generous “Near Mint” — conservatively, with the lower grade winning any coin flip. You should get the card you thought you bought.
